Pickleball Fitness

My goal was to lose 10 pounds in the new year.  Only 15 to go...

It is a new year and everyone always starts the new year with renewed hope for improvement of mind and body. One of the most common aspirations is to become more fit. Sarah Ansboury is renowned for emphasis on fitness. She recently discussed specific fitness routines tailored to pickleball shots in a video titled Pickleball and Fitness.
